Private beta Tiers and pricing below are indicative. Billing begins when Preclari enters general availability. Early-access customers are grandfathered at their beta-tier pricing.
§ 01 · PRICING

Five tiers. Built for the work.

Access starts with a request. Preclari is not self-serve, and free access is curated. After that, the tier matches who you are: an approved evaluator, an independent practitioner, a consultancy, an internal team in a regulated industry, or an enterprise running a private deployment. Pricing varies by jurisdiction set and retention term; final numbers are confirmed at provisioning.

Typical budget owner: Head of Digital/AI, Head of Quality, or CIO. One complex workflow preflight ≈ 1–2 sessions; Builder runs at low four figures CHF per year, Consultancy at low five figures.

Builder
CHF99 / month

For the individual practitioner or independent consultant. Single seat, all jurisdictions, full PIF export.

Ideal for: independent consultants and indie practitioners running 1–2 preflights per month. Use it for client work; multi-client consultancies should move to Consultancy for signed bundles and a shared workspace.

200 sessions / month

≈ 100–200 distinct workflows per month, depending on iteration depth.

  • Single seat · personal use
  • All supported jurisdictions (see Coverage)
  • All standard preflight tools
  • Full .pif bundle export
  • Human-readable Brief (Letter / A4)
  • MCP server access · self-hosted client
  • Email support · 5 business days
  • No premium revalidated reports

≈ one billable consulting hour per month.

Team
CHF2,500 / month

For internal teams in a regulated industry. Custom corpus segments, SSO, reviewer roles, hash-chained audit log.

Ideal for: internal digital/AI, QA/CSV, model-risk, or compliance functions in mid-sized firms running multiple workflows in parallel.

5,000 sessions / month · 40 premium credits

Sized for 50–150 parallel workflows with multiple iterations per month, plus 40 audit-grade reports.

  • Custom corpus segments (your internal SOPs)
  • SSO · Microsoft, Google, Okta
  • Role-based reviewer workflow
  • 40 premium revalidated report credits / month
  • Hash-chained audit log · SIEM export
  • Zero-retention mode available · workflow descriptions hashed and dropped within the call
  • Priority support · 2 business days
  • Named technical contact
  • DPA · GDPR · CH FADP alignment

Typically less than the cost of a single failed pilot or deviation investigation.

§ 02 · OTHER TIERS

Two ends of the range.

A curated free tier at one end; private deployment and one-shot consulting engagements at the other.

Free · by request
CHF 0 · gated by founder approval. For evaluators, peer consultants, journalists, students, and research uses. 50 sessions/month, all jurisdictions, no premium reports, Haiku-class model. Typical approval response within two business days.
Private deployment
CHF 50k–250k / year + setup. Customer cloud (AWS · GCP · Azure · on-prem · air-gapped). Pinned corpus snapshots. Signed releases. Audit support. Zero-retention mode available. DPA · GDPR · CH FADP · ISO 27001 alignment.
For enterprise procurement: security, data-location, and audit documentation available under NDA.
Contact sales
Consulting preflight pack
CHF 7,500–15,000 per workflow. One-time engagement delivered by the practice. Full PIF session bundle, reviewer brief, defended in front of the regulator if needed. Convertible to a workspace subscription on close · engagement fees roll forward against your first three months of Consultancy or Team tier.
§ 03 · IN EVERY TIER

Common to every plan.

These do not change with tier. They are properties of the spec, not of the price.

PIF conformance
Every output is a valid Preflight Interchange Format bundle. The spec is Apache 2.0. Readable by any tool that implements PIF.
MCP-native
Preclari exposes a typed Model Context Protocol server with composable preflight tools. Your agents call it directly during workflow design.
Hash-stable
Every assertion carries a SHA-256 over the canonical JSON. The agent's structured output and the reviewer's brief reference the same hash.
Model-disclosed
Every output discloses which model and provider produced it, recorded in produced_by. No black-box claims.
Open audit trail
Every conclusion declares its applicability basis, the assumptions made, what was deliberately out of scope, and the verification steps a reviewer can run independently.
Portable artifacts
PIF bundles remain readable independently of Preclari. If you stop subscribing, your past .pif sessions are still valid documents.
§ 04 · QUESTIONS

Pricing questions.

The ones we get asked before the first call.

01Why is Preclari not self-serve?
Regulated industries are not a self-serve audience, and we would rather know who is using Preclari on which workflow than count signups. Access by request lets us calibrate the corpus snapshot to your jurisdiction, confirm which SOPs apply, and offer one onboarding call. The free tier is generous; the funnel is narrow on purpose.
02What counts as one "session"?
One describe_workflowproject_requirements chain, plus any composable tools called within it (risk classification, missing controls, conflict detection, evidence log). Premium reports (verify_against_source, generate_preflight_report) are counted separately as credits. Re-running the same workflow against an unchanged corpus snapshot returns the cached assertion and does not count.
03Is my workflow data retained?
By default, the structured WorkflowDescription you submit is retained for the duration of your account. Team and Private deployment tiers support zero-retention mode: the description is hashed, the assertion is signed, and the source is dropped within the call. The corpus snapshot is ours; the workflow data is yours.
04Which jurisdictions are covered today?
The Coverage page is the live, authoritative list — every source that ships today, every source in active onboarding, and the directions we extend into. Team and Private deployment tiers can pin custom scopes today.
05Can I run Preclari on-premise?
Yes, on Private deployment. Supports on-prem, private cloud (your Azure / AWS / GCP tenant), and air-gapped configurations. The corpus snapshot is shipped as a signed artifact you control. Builder, Consultancy, and Team tiers run on Preclari's hosted infrastructure in Switzerland and the EU.
06What happens if I outgrow my tier?
You can switch up at any time. Bundle history is portable. If you hit the monthly quota on Builder or Consultancy, Preclari returns a soft cap with a 7-day extension while you decide. Overage on Team is priced per-call (Stripe metered). Quotas never silently overflow.
07Is the free tier free?
Yes. CHF 0, no card required. 50 sessions/month, all jurisdictions, no premium reports, Haiku-class model. Approval is curated, typical response within two business days. Commercial use is permitted with a soft expectation of conversion within ~90 days; handled case by case.
08What does support look like?
Builder: email, 5 business days. Consultancy: priority email + Slack-shared channel on request, 2 business days. Team: priority support + named technical contact, 2 business days. Private deployment: SLA with 4-hour critical response. All tiers get the public changelog and the PIF spec working group.
Pricing is the easy part. The harder question is whether Preclari fits your workflow.
